One unpaginated section of ten indexed historical plates w captions, eleven indexed maps. Blue endpapers. Black boards w gold lettering on spine. No wear to covers or spine. Binding square and tight. Illustrated DJ clean and without wear, preserved in BroDart cover. Their is a library stamp on the top edge of the textblock and faintly on the blue ffep. There are no other library markings internal or external and nothing to indicate the book was ever cataloged.

Drawing on a substantial range of primary sources in England, Scotland and France, Daniel Szechi analyses not only the large and dramatic moments of the rebellion but also the smaller risings that took place through Scotland and northern England
