University of Nebraska Press, 2002. Paperback. Used - very good condition. Book is clean and tight with some wear. Top-right corner of the front cover is bent and creased in three places. Pages in that same area are slightly curled/bent through p 117 but are not sharply creased. Lower-left corner of back cover is slightly curled but not creased. Light smudges along page fore-edges. No markings inside the book. Photos are of the copy we have at Barbed Wire Books.
