Thomas C. Reed (born 1934) was the 11th Secretary of the Air Force from 1976 to 1977 under Gerald Ford and Jimmy Carter. Previously he was a senior aide to Governor Ronald Reagan in California.<br /> <br /> Generally Fine Condition: Tight, bright, clean cloth and paper. Dust jacket is price-clipped with corner nicks and minute edgewear. No previous owner or remainder marks.
