Very Clean, unmarked book. Spine ends bumped. DJ is price clipped with a piece missing of off the bottom right hand corner and flap. End papers have 24 photos of Eleanor Roosevelt at various ages, and there are black and white photos throughout. An account of the last 17 years of Eleanor Roosevelt's life after the death of Franklin Roosevelt-in some ways the most productive and happiest of her life-based on her personal papers by an author who was also a longtime friend of Mrs Roosevelt. Includes a foreword by Franklin D. Roosevelt, Jr. ; 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall; 368 pages .
