Hardcover in black papered boards with gilt copper titling to the spine. Includes Notes and an Index. Very Good: used, but still square and firmly bound. Penciled markings by the previous owner to about 10 pages. Mildly soiled and worn text block. Noted one page blemished by a dirty (nicotine-stained?) thumb. Dust jacket shows only mild wear.
