Binding is solid and square, covers have sharp corners, exterior shows no blemishes, text/interior is clean and free of marking of any kind. Dust jacket shows light shelf wear only at edges, no tears. Signed by both the author on the title page and inscribed by Priscilla Bullitt Collins, who wrote the forward to Henry Matthews, a local architectural historian and author. 175 pages, lavishly illustrated with color and b&w photos, often large, architectural drawings: elevations, floorplans, exterior and interior drawings, detail drawings and photos, etc.
