Beginning in 1974, a sex murderer in Wichita Kansas preyed on men, women, and children leaving them brutally killing them and taunting the police with clues, puzzles, and obscene letters. In 1979 he vanished only to reappear in 2004 when a letter and a gristly clue arrived at a Wichita newspaper that led to his eventual arrest and imprisonment. A clean presentable copy.
