Based on an account of a white deer shipped from The Orient via Mexico and presented to the King of Spain in the 17th century. Ex school library: dj (price unclipped) has small green mark at top of spine (also same place on cloth), mid blue cloth with white decorations & lettering, slightly worn on edges, some small stamps etc, else vg. 8vo, 149pp.
