Not an ex-library copy. Spine is tight and crisp. Corners are square, and the boards are flat and true with just a hint of bumping to the spine. There are two very small (less than 1/4") white marks on the front board. Dust jacket is not price-clipped ($22.95) and has some minor scuffing and edge wear including a very small tear along the upper left corner of the back cover. The jacket flaps are lightly browned along the upper edges, and there is a 2" line of delamination along the upper spine on the back cover.
