Gilt stamped green cloth with matching slip case. Book in very good condition with a little rubbing to spine. Slip case mottled and partially split on two edges. In the 1970's, there was only one tournament game the professional gamblers waited for all year and that was the "World Series of Poker" at Binion's Horseshoe casino in downtown Las Vegas. Alberts photographs of these events and his candid pictures of legendary players, including Johnny Moss, "Amarillo Slim" Preston, Stu Unger, Jack "Treetop" Strauss, Doyle Brunson, Benny Binion and many others, form the story of those iconic early years.
