Illustrated softcover/VG w/light shelfwear. On balancing radical politics (revolutions) and religious fervour (established religions). Study of English poet & painter William Blake ( 1757 - 1827) and his reactions to the contemporary world revealed in his writings from Polish-British mathematician & historian Jacob Bronowski (1908 - 1974). This volume is the 1965 revised edition of A Man Without a Mask, is virtually a new book. 207 pgs, 16 plates, in 5 parts.
