First edition, good cloth hardcover shows ligth toning to covers, bit of rubbing at cover edges, shows mositure waviness from pages 189-230 with most notceable being at first of those pages, there is also marks from each of two photos at last black & white plate apparently correcting who is who, alogn with some other mild trace wear, in very good dust jacket (price at flap) that shows some soiling, spot stains, couple of blemishes, rubbing and edge wear that includes shallow open chipping and closed tears and some other light trace wear. 305 pages with black & whites. Solid and still solid copy of this noted oil history.
