We have a 30 day return policy, with full refund including all shipping costs. We take pictures of each book before sending to ensure accuracy. The customer has 30 days after the time of delivery to initiate a return. If an item arrives damaged or does not match our description - we make full restitution. Discretionary returns may require a 20 percent restocking fee. Once we receive the discretionary returns, we will inspect the item and collect 20% a restocking fee. In many cases, if you initiate communication with us, we may waive this fee.
