About This Item
Singapore: Pustaka Nasional, 2005. First edition. Paperback. Very Good. The Sunni-Shi'ah schism has bedevilled the Muslim world, often resulting in deadly violence between various factions. In this book two Islamic scholars, one from each tradition, examine the teachings of both sects of Islam to demonstrate just how much they have in common. The main problem, they conclude, is a hardening of attitudes that has been building up over centuries. Critical scholarship demonstrates the differences are not that great. Very Good Paperback. Weight: 0.6 kg Post free within Malaysia The cover has minimal wear and there is some dirt along the text block. There are some scuff marks elsewhere. The binding is tight, the text clear and there is no tanning of the pages.
