London: Victor Gollancz Ltd, 1975. 1st edition. Hardback. Red cloth with gold lettering to spine. Octavo. 382 pages. Illustrated with b&w reproductions of the engravings from the original serials. Good in Good jacket. Top edges of the boards dull. Page edges tanned and rather foxed, as are the endpapers. Jacket has some wear and creasing along its top edge and a slightly darkened spine.
