Reviews
On Feb 14 2012, YARN said:
This is a remarkably comprehensive resource and of enormous value to scholars. As has been noted elsewhere, this is not an introduction to Greek myth, but a thorough and precise review of the evidence (in literature, on vase paintings, etc.) which informs our knowledge of the myths in their early form. The first volume covers the gods and some heroes; the second completes the coverage of heroes and offers several very handy genealogical charts.
