Monograph published in conjunction with an exhibition at the Montclai, NJ Art Museum, February 16 - August 3, 2003, and which had subsequent venues in Athens, GA and Chicago. The period of focus is from 1907 to 1917, prior to his departure for Paris and his emergence as a leading figure in the Dada movement.

Books by be returned for any reason within two weeks of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. Your shipping cost will be refunded only if the book is not as described. For overseas customers (including Canada): ALL my international shipments must go by Priority or regular airmail. Please be advised that "Standard" overseas delivery applies ONLY to items weighing less the four pounds (1.8kg) and which can be shipped in a flat-rate Priority airmail ENVELOPE. The "Expedited" rate applies to items which can be shipped in a flat-rate BOX. In general, exhibition catalogs and small books can be shipped in the flat-rate envelope. Most larger items will require the flat-rate box. There will be no extra charge for multiple items that can all fit in one envelope or box. If, owing to lighter weight, an item or items can be shipped by standard air mail and the actual cost is less, I will reduce the charge. (I do not run my shipping department as a profit center.) But if the order will not fit into a single fixed-rate envelope or box the actual charge may be higher, in which case I will contact you before proceeding with shipment.
