Includes an essay on "Money and Coinage of the Age of Erasmus: An Historical and Analytical Glossary with Particular Reference to France, the Low Countries, England, the Rhineland and Italy" by John H. Munro. Appendices include Table of Correspondents, Bibliography, Abbreviations, Short Title Forms for Erasmus' Works, and Index. First edition. No previous ownership marks. Mild soiling to dust-jacket, espcially at spine and small tape repair to closed tear on rear panel. Book is clean, square and unmarked--as new. A very fine copy in a very good dust-jacket..
