Book has 5 1/2" vertical impression on rear panel, tiny crease on top front corner. Laid in note by fo addressed: " To Pierre, Please sign this book to `Ruth`` Thank You. Ruth`s ancestors are referred to in this book." Author SIGNED the book above his name and added To Ruth Dec/02. Fo then placed an addrress label over her name. A quite unusual signing!
