Set in Germany a few years into the global economic crisis. The Nazis rise to power and work deals with the IG Group to shed their dependence on oil imports and develop warfare technologies.
Clear mylar front wrapper and blue plastic back wrapper. Title page present, dated March 14, 1984, with credits for screenwriter Bernhard Sinkel. 142 leaves, with last page of text numbered 152. Xerographically reproduced. Pages Near Fine, wrapper Near Fine, prong binding.
