Burbank, CA: David Gerber Prod., Inc, 1977. Final Draft script for the pilot episode of the 1977-1978 television series which originally aired on NBC on May 7, 1977. Annotations of names of a cast member and crew members, in holograph marker on verso of back wrapper.

A short llived science fiction sitcom created by acclaimed film and television screenwriter and actor Buck Henry, today with a cult following. A satire of popular science fiction films and television shows that came before it, most obviously "Star Trek" (having even used "Star Trek" sound effects, both having aired on NBC). Richard Benjamin starred as Adam Quark, an extraordinarily unlucky Commander of an interstellar garbage scow, with the beautiful and wanton mirror clones, "The Bettys," played by Cyb and Patricia Barnstable, as the ship's navigators.

Quark and his crew, working for the United Galaxy Sanitation Patrol, may need to be sacrificed in order to save the galaxy from destruction by a giant enzyme cloud.

Nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award.
