Antique Very Heavy Solid Thick Cast Bronze Celtic Style Warrior Torc. Made for the Wrist. Purchased Forty Years ago and thought to be from Afghanistan. Age unknown could be quite old. Heavy and handsomely made. The Pre-Christian Celtic Torc was worn by Celtic Gods and warriors. After the Roman withdrawal from Britain the Celtic Torc was worn again as a mark of status and bravery as witnessed in the Gododdin. One only and it represents the mystery that it represents.
