1. Visits from the World of Spirits, Being a Collection of Facts Relating to the Appearances of Ghosts, Spectres, and Apparitions: To which is prefixed, the Best Cure for Imaginary Terrors. Glasgow: Printed for the Booksellers, [no date]. At the foot of the title "85." 15.2 cm, 24 pages, hand-colored woodcut frontispiece on title-page of a skeleton with an intact leg and foot, wearing a shoe, marbled wrapper. An uncolored copy is found in the National Library of Scotland.
2. The History of the Black Douglas. With an Account of the Battle of Otterburn. Glasgow: Published by Francis Orr & Sons, [no date, believed to have been printed between 1840 and 1850]. With a motto on the title-page: "Hosts have been known at that dread sound to yield, And Douglas dead, his name has won the field." At the foot of the title, "163." 15.2 cm, 34 pages, marbled paper wrapper. Numerous errors of pagination and type-setting errors, e.g., "ne" for "he" on page 9, misnumbered as page 1. See the University of Edinburgh Catalogue, RB.P.2236.
3. An Elegy in Memory of the Valiant Champion, Sir R. Grierson, Late Laird of Lag, Who died Dec. 23d, 1733. Wherein the Prince of Darkness Commends Many of His Best Friends, Who Were the Cuief Managers, of the late Persecution. Glasgow: Printed for the booksellers, [no date]. With a hand-colored frontispiece on the title-page of a caped knight. At the foot of the title, "142." 15.2 cm, 24 pages, marbled paper wrapper. Winsor 235.
4. History of James Allan, the Celebrated Northumberland Piper. Giving an account of his parentage, education, extraordinary adventures and exploits, his numerous enlistings, and wonderful escapes; with a brief narrative of his last confinement and death in Durham Gaol, which happened in 1810.Glasgow: Printed for the Bookseller, [no date, 1840?]. With a hand-colored frontispiece of a seated piper inside a yellow painted border. At the foot of the title: "127." 15.2 cm, 24 pages. Page 24 has two anecdotes unrelated to the preceding text. Marbled wrapper. Five copies were located.
5. The Famous History of Valentine and Orson. Glasgow: Printed for the Booksellers, [no date, but 1840-1850]. At the foot of the title: "123." 15.2 cm, 24 pages (20 of main text and 5 addition of two brief stories unrelated to the preceding text. Marbled wrapper. Another copy was found in the John G. White Chapbook Collection, Cleveland Public Library.
6. History of Dr. Faustus Shewing His Wicked Life and Horrid Death, and How He Sold Himself to the Devil, to Have Power for 24 Years to Do What He Pleased, Also Many Strange Things Done to Him with the Assistanceof Mephostophiles. With an Account of How the Devil Came for Him at the End of 24 Years, and Tore Him to Pieces. Glasgow: Printed for the Booksellers, [no date, 1840s]. With a hand-colored frontispiece portrait of Dr. Faustus. At the foot of the title: "119." 15.2 cm, 24 pages. Marbled wrapper. Another copy was found at the Bibliotheek Universiteit van Amsterdam.
7. The Life of Richard Turpin, a Most Notorious Highwayman, Giving a Particular Account of All His Daring Robberies and Burglaries, Trial Execution, Burial, &c. Glasgow: Printed for the Booksellers, [no date]. At the foot of the title: "117." 15.2 cm, 24 pages. Hand-colored frontispiece of Turpin dressed as a corsair, enclosed in a painted border. Marbled wrapper. Eleven copies located.
8. Adam Bell, Clym of the Clough, and William of Cloudeslie. Glasgow: Printed for the Booksellers, [no date, 1840-1850]. At the foot of the title: "111." 15.2 cm, 24 pages in verse. Hand-colored woodcut of a uniformed Adam Bell, with a plumed helmet, enclosed in a painted border. Marbled wrapper. Four copies found in the United Kingdom.

Hand-colored portrait of Wallace, wearing a coronet, enclosed in a painted yellow border. Marbled wrapper. Twenty-five copies located.
10. Odds and Ends, or, a Groat's-Worth of Fun for a Penny. Being a Collection of the Best Jokes, Comic Stories, Anecdotes, BonMots, &c. [No place] Printed for the Booksellers, [no date, 1850-1859]. At the foot of the title: "106." 15.2 cm, 24 pages. A hand-colored frontispiece on the title-page with the motto: "The piper was carried away for dead during the Plague in London, but revived before Interment. ---See p. 22. Marbled wrapper. Six copies located.
