Hodder and Stoughton, 1966. Hardcover. Good/Acceptable. 1966. First Edition. 317 pages. Pictorial dust jacket over khaki cloth with gilt lettering. Pages are fairly bright, with light tanning to free endpapers and text block edges. Occasional thumb-marking present throughout, with a few small nicks and rub marks along text block edge. Boards have light shelf-wear with minor corner bumping and mild crushing to spine ends. Book has a pronounced forward lean. Light tanning to spine and edges. Unclipped jacket has moderate surface wear, with small chips, tears and creasing to edges, corners and spine ends. Lightly tanned and folding to front flap. Notable puncture to spine.
