Springer, 1999. 4th Edition . Hardcover. Very Good. Book is clean with a square, tight binding and bright, white pages. Book has minor wear on the edges that is difficult to see in the scans. Book has a few smudges on a couple of pages and a previous owner's name blacked out on FFEP, but has no other apparent markings on the interior.
