About This Item
First printing of first edition and uncommon thus.
A cornerstone of legal thought, Hart's work has been hailed as "the most important work of legal philosophy written in the twentieth century". It has remained "one of the most influential texts of analytical legal philosophy", as well as "the most successful work of analytical jurisprudence ever to appear in the common law world".
A nice, unmarked and fine copy. Unclipped dust wrapper is very good indeed with a few edge tears and rubbing along top of front panel and a small, barely noticeable sticker to bottom of spine.
