Preface by author, Abbreviations of Sherlock Holmes Periodicals, key to Story Names, addendum, directory of Sherlock Holmes Societies, index of personal names and index of titles. Brown coloured textured cloth covered boards with gilt coloured titles to the backstrip. Black-and-white photographic frontispiece – showing a bespoke stoneware sculpture of Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson, for the author. Illustrated dustwrapper with yellow and white coloured titles to the front panel and backstrip. "This bibliography classifies an annotates all Sherlockania Appearing between 1971 and 1978 and includes all pre-1972 entries that the author has discovered since the publication of his award-winning World Bibliography of Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson (1887-1972]." – from the front fold over panel blurb. A little rubbing of the book edges and there is a small bump to the lower edge of the front panel. Dust marks to the top text edge with age toning of the pages and edges. A little creasing of the dustwrapper edges and rubbing of the panels. Two small tears to the lower edge of the rear panel. Size: 4to 9¾" - 12" tall. Please refer to accompanying picture (s).
