New York: Alicat Book Shop Press, 1946. First Thus. Printed wraps. Fine. Small 8vo. Pp. 36. Number 5 of the Outcast Series of Chapbooks. Stapled printed wraps. This copy in particularly well preserved condition, with no detracting qualities. Per the title page, "Excerpts from 'The Journal' (the Mexican Years 1940-1944)." Fraenkel spent the late '20s with expat writers in Paris, Henry Miller among them. Now protected with a removable, clear archival jacket.
