CONDITION: Very good, faint white spots on front cover, some offsetting from front panel of dj on pastedowns and endpapers; good dj, worn at extremities with a few small tears. First edition, first printing, "one of 500 copies on thin paper" possibly sent out for review or promotional purposes. BAL 3564.
