Octavo, pp. [1-6] [1-2] 3-291 [292: blank] [note: title leaf is an insert], inserted frontispiece with color illustration by Elenore Plaisted Abbott, title page printed in orange and black, original red-brown cloth, front and spine panels stamped in gold.
