Dust jacket age-toned, a number of small tears and creases at edges, small losses at either end of spine, spotted staining on spine and at head of front panel, offsetting on rear panel; Quarter black cloth and brown cloth boards, slightly warped toward spine, rubbed on edges/corners, gilt lettering bright; Edges lightly age-toned w/ slight staining, previous owner's bookplate on front pastedown, endpapers sunned at borders, water mark on ffep, sparse pencil underlining throughout; Binding tight. Overall a sturdy copy with some signs of age. ; 7 x 10"; 530 pages .
