In Pharaoh's Army by Tobias Wolff - 1994

Signed by the author on the first flyleaf. This is the Advance Reading Copy, published by Knopf, 1994, issued with a glossy coated card stock slip case. Picking up where his previous memoirs, 'This Boy's Life', leaves off, this is his account of his experiences as a U.S. Army officer in the Vietnam War. Trade paperback ARC, 5-3/4" X 9", 221 pages. Olive green cover wraps with the author name and title in white. Outer slipcase is included. Slipcase is olive green with a jungle design, author name in white on the front. One very slight diagonal crease to the top right corner of the front cover, about 1/8" diagonal. Slipcase only shows some minor dots of edge wear and slight crease marks to the spine, one tiny closed tear at the top left corner of about 1/32". No further writing besides the author signature. Edges of the text block are clean. Not a library copy. The attached photo is of the copy we have in our inventory.
