Oxford: Oxford University Press,, 1845. Book. Good. Hardcover. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. "With an account of His Life And Death by Isaac Walton". In two volumes. Both volumes are full leather and marbled edges. The leather is in fairly good condition with wear to the edges and the corners worn through. The contents are clean but one leaf in volume 2 has a small vee shaped piece missing from the margin not affecting the text. 631pp and 842pp including index..

Cambridge: University Press,, 1901. Book. Fair. Hardcover. Folio - over 12" - 15" tall. This is one of 100 copies printed October 1901. The boards are quite worn and bumped along the edges with spine ends and corners worn away and hinges are cracked. Book is Ex-library of Congress with usual markings. 44pp plus inserts, maps etc. There are a couple tears where the maps fold, largest about 2"..

Washington: A O P Nicholson, Printer., 1854. Book. Poor. Hardcover. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. 1853-4 Volume I. According to Acts of Congress of March 3,1853, May 31, 1854, and August 5, 1854. This is a Binding Copy as both boards are present but detached and the spine cover is missing. Other than a little foxing, mostly at the front and back, the contents are in very nice condition. 651pp..

London: John Murray,, 1833. Book. Poor. Hardcover. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. This book is a binding copy as the front board is present but detached and the spine cover is missing. The contents are nice and clean. Page 2 of the appendix has a margin tear. Contains 282 pages plus 258 pages of appendix..

Philadelphia: Smith & Maxwell, 1809. Book. Fair. Hardcover. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. The leather on the corners is worn through and the spine ends show a little wear as well. There is some general scuffing to the boards. There is some foxing here and there but mostly at the front and back pages. There is some writing on the half title page. There are no free end papers in this book with the first leaf being the half title page and the last page being the end. 300pp..

Quarter leather. Considerable wear to extremities. Spine cracked in centre. Text very good with little foxing. 800pp plus 6 foldout maps..

London: A Miller, W Law and R Cater, 1794. Book. Poor. Hardcover. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. This book should be bound anew as the front board is detached and the back only held on with the binding cords. The boards would seem to indicate that this book was saved from fire at some point but the contents are quite good. The front paste down has a book plate attached. 268pp..

Near Whitehall: T Egerton, Military Library, 1803. Book. Poor. No Binding. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. This is Volume I only of two and consists of 630 pages of text plus a 373 page appendix plus an 18 page index which goes only to U making me believe the last leaf is missing. This is a binding copy as the boards are missing. The binding is tight with the leaves quite clean and have foxing mostly at the front end There is a library stamp on the title page..

New York, .....: Fleming H Revell, 1927. Book. Good to Very Good. Hardcover. Signed by Author(s). First. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. This book is in quite nice condition being tight and clean but for a notation on the inside of the front cover. The Dust jacket is quite worn, torn and soiled. The front endpaper is signed by the author and this copy is numbered 66 of 500 copies..

Comprehending the Conferences and Correspondence with Louis XVI, the Ministers, Generals and the Principal Members of the Convention, the Different Societies, and Leading Men of France, Flanders, Germany, Holland, England, Spain, Italy, and other parts of Europe. Forming a Complete History of the War, and other important occurrences From the Year 1789 to the present Time. (estimated to be 1793). This English edition is not an abridged one, but comprises the whole of General Dumourier's two volumes in one. This (written by himself) translation was undertaken at the suggestion of General Dumourier, who has furnished the present editor with several additions to, and various illustrations of, the Original Work. The leather boards are detached and end papers almost detached but the contents are quite good..

Dublin: George Bonham, 1785. Book. Full-Leather. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Front leather hinge split but held with binding strings with no pages missing and the text pages still tight. Rear hinge starting but mostly intact. Corners and edges of boards are quite worn but still a nice copy. The last page states -End of the First Volume- There are some old light moisture stains but all text quite legible. 464pp.

New York: Cupples & Leon, 1938. Book. Good. Hardcover. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Adventure mystery stories for girls. This is a clean copy but for an edge stain (top) near the back of the book. The free front end paper has been removed. The boards have soft corners and light soiling. 206pp.

The contents are tight and clean but for a previous owner name on the inside of the front cover. The board have a little soiling and light edge wear to the corners and spine ends.
