Fine. First edition. Copy #38 of 100 numbered copies, signed by the artist, and with each of the color photocopied plates signed by him in pencil in the margin. A record of Kutscher's exercise in nude body-painting to enable him to completely disappear/blend into natural environments. OCLC/Worldcat locates three copies.

A fold or two slightly awry, otherwise fine in folding cloth clamshell case. Copy #3 of five copies, signed by the artist. Panels of text printed in bold on translucent plastic, intersewn with two panels of material fabricated from dried, pressed fruit, with a smaller panel of the same material affixed to the upper board.

Publication includes essay by Glyn Banks of 'Art in Ruins', and two poster poems on separate pages by Deborah Levy ('After Magritte' and 'After Warhol') illustrated. Contains original screen prints. Rare copy of this soft hardboard cover work signed by the author - a well know expert on Mexican art. It also includes a signed engraving by Fritz Eichenberg (Apprx. 5 x 3.5") and four miniature relief engravings (from the Dance of Death series, each APPRX 3 X 3") by Posada, the famous "peoples" Mexican artist of the twentieth century .This is no 65 of a limited edition of 500.

The book is bound by staples. The covers are in good condition. There is a small stain at the top left side of the front cover The pink paper dj is part of the stapled binding. It has many chips and tears. Owner's name is inked twice at the top right of the first flyleaf page. There is some foxing on Posada plates, but not on Eischenberg's. The staples have rusted as can be seen from the photos.The middle four pages, containing the Posada etchings have loosened from the staples.

Reproducing three notebooks from 1964 with drawings by Picasso in their original formats. 24 pages with text. 71 lithographs of which 27 in color, printed on Arches paper under the supervision of Picasso. This is copy number 530 from the Cercle d'Art edition that was limited to 666 copies. There were also editions printed by Abrams and Schunemann of 666 copies each. Sheet size: 32.7 x 25 cm. The box measures 35 x 27,7 x 6,3 cm. Apart from light wear to corner tips of the slipcase and the inevitable offsetting from the lithographs this is a mint copy, in collectors condition. .
