Lacks sheets 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and there are minor pencil markings in the text. "Sir - I have the honour to submit the following Report on the Surveys and Explorations carried on under my directions to determine the location of the Canadian Pacific Railway. Owner name on the front endpaper, some wear at the corners and ends of the spine, the inner hinges are cracked. "No attempt has been made to record the events of civil government ... Since the formation of the Province... These things have been left for a second volume which it is the intention... To publish early next year."--Pref.
