A nice example of a hard to find Freeman title.

Rare signed /inscribed. Deming was the father of Total Quality Management. His quality control techniques were adopted by Japanese management, and he was extremely influential there. His high regard in the U. S. came later, especially after he consulted with Ford Motor Company in the early '80's.
