'USA' has been written by the upper corner of the front paste-down. Decorative cloth boards, with some light staining to the front board. the field covered has been limited to those vessels that sailed from Atlantic or Gulf ports of the United States between the years 1848 and 1853 (some going round the Horn, others depositing their passengers at Panama or Nicaragua) and to ships plying the west coast from the Isthmus nor to San Francisco,. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/No Jacket. 8vo.
