London: Rupert Hart-Davis, 1959. 1st Edition . G+/G. Blue cloth boards. Unclipped dustwrapper. Boards very slightly bumped at edges, browned at very top & bottom of spine. Gift inscription with rather nice drawing of three storks drinking wine to whole of front free endpaper. Dustwrapper slightly marked, with small tears & slight chipping to edges. Dustwrapper design and illustration by Raymond Briggs.
