The 'plain' or 'thin' format: the last hardcover format used for this series until 2004. While not as well known as Nancy Drew, this is many girls' favorite series: Trixie is a real 14 year old girl, with chores, school to attend, a little brother to babysit - but lots of adventures! Racine, WI:: Whitman,, 1965.. A tight clean copy, but missing the title page. . Illustrated deluxe edition. Probably the most attractive hardcover format this series was issued in, and the first binding used for this title. This slightly larger format (used only on the 1st 15 titles of the series, between 1966 and 1969), had matte illustrated boards and endpapers with full color oval portraits of Trixie and Honey. 15 titles listed in book. Cover by Paul Frame, illustrated by Harris Petie in both full color and duo-tone plates.

Golden Pr, 1977-07-01. Paperback. Very Good. Vintage Paperback Book is in Very Good condition with a tight binding and mostly clean crisp pages with two bent upper right hand corners. Book appears to unread and have had very little use. No writing or marks inside or outside of the book. There is an original price sticker in the upper right hand corner of the front cover ($1.50). Outside covers are very nice with some minor soiling.

After publishing several new titles in 1980, there was a gap of 4 years, and then over the next 3 years only 5 new titles were produced before the series ended in 1986. These last 5 titles had a different design on the cover (the 'square' format picture) and were illustrated with drawings - and many of the earlier titles were also produced briefly with this format.
