Thick 8vo in blue cloth covered boards, 262pp, 37 photos on glossy paper (complete and all called for). The author, a sculptor and sometime writer of children's books, befriended Anna Anderson and became a major proponent of her claim to be Grand Duchess Anastasia. It was partly through this books publication in Germany, the UK and subsequently in the US that Anderson's claim became much more widely known.
