Stapled light-brown or tan paper covers with monochromatic photo of George Haworth Homeplace on front, larger format than later reprints (about 6 by 9 inches), 32 glossy unnumbered pp, many monochromatic photos. Very Good (not an ex-lib): light bumping and creasing, numbers in blue ink inside front cover with ink spillage onto title page, small ink mark on foreward page, light foxing throughout, staples rusting.
