New York, New York: John Day, 1929. First Edition. Hardcover--cloth. Good. Ex-library with marking to the spine, endpapers and title page; with b&w illustrations. Sold as a nice reading copy only. Octavo, 9 1/2" tall, xiii + 235 pages, gilt titles on maroon cloth. A good, clean, hard cover overall, back strip cloth rubbed, spine slight canted, fore-corner tips just through to boards; hinges and binding solid, paper lightly yellowed. Portions of the original dust jacked tipped neatly onto the endpapers.
