Old paper labels at base of spine, donor bookplate with release, embossed stamp on title pages, spine ends worn, hinge cracks started, a strong attractive set, internally VG. ; 8vo; Contemporary plain calf, spine panels divided by raised bands within double gilt rules, volume number in gilt without titling, five volumes bound in six, profusely illustrated. **"Also, their paternal coats of arms, crests, supporters and mottes, curiously engraven on copper plates. Collected from records, old wills, authentick manuscripts, our most approv'd historians, and other authorities, which are cited." The third edition, corrected annd enlarged in every family, with memoirs, not hitherto printed. This was the last edition published under the superintendance of Arthur Collins. .
