Post World War I analysis of the German economy and suggestions to stabilize the currency. Black cloth binding with gilt titles and bands on spine. Cover a bit scuffed and spotted, light edge wear, a little bumping of corners and spine ends, spotting of end papers, interior pages lightly tanned, binding tight.
