Leslie Charteris has autographed this book in bold red ballpoint ink and added a hand drawn The Saint logo. This book was signed by Leslie Charteris whilst The Saint played by Roger Moore was on television, which ran between 1962 and 1969. Vendetta For The Saint was published by The Book Club in London in 1965. Vendetta For The Saint original dust jacket features an illustration of The Saint to the front of the dust jacket. The dust jacket is in Fair condition with tears to the spine and loss to the back panel. Vendetta For The Saint original publishers green binding has plain front board and back board with black lettering to the spine. The binding is in Very Good condition with slight fading and corner knocks. Vendetta For The Saint has 192 numbered pages which are in overall Very Good condition with spotting to the pages, being more prominent between the half title page and page 7, thereafter present but less prominent. There is also spotting to the edges of the pages which are noticeable when the book is closed. Leslie Charteris has written the following to the front endpaper: sorry I cant turn a bowl all I can turn is a page. Happy New Year. Leslie Charteris has written in his characteristic red biro ink pen, dated this inscription to 31 Dec 1967 and has added The Saint sketch next to the date. This is a highly desirable Leslie Charteris autograph.
