This is not reprint ed., but actual 1880 ed.; first section of 532 hymns with musical notation is unpaginated; it is followed by an index of 12 p., and then the 141 p. section: "The Service Book of Anglican Chants & Gregorian Tones adapted to the Canticles and Offices of the Book of Common Prayers [...] with the ten Selections of Psalms, set to Gregorian Tones"--plus 2 pages of ads. Volume is clean and unmarked, except for former owner's name on one of front end pages, itself with a closed tear; despite this tear, the paper is quite strong and only mildly age-toned. The brown boards with bright gilt lettering and emblem showing angels surrounded by Latin inscription are unfaded. However, the gutters are broken and the book needs repair or rebinding.
