Initials written to inside paste down. Short tear to first blank page at bottom edge. Pages all appear clean/unmarked. Covers with mild to moderate scuffing and edge wear. Corner bumps/scuffing. Binding solid. VERY SCARCE SIGNED COPY by ADELAIDE HUGHES - Adelaide was married to Rupert Hughes (uncle to Howard Hughes) in 1908. She starred in his stage production of "All for a Girl". In 1923 she died of suicide in China. 78 pp..
