Mustard paper covered boards with mustard cloth spine, in a unclipped glossy pictorial dustjacket. Moderate sunning to spine of jacket, with a few very light bumps to the head and tail of the jacket. Lamination is starting to peel away at tail of front panel of jacket. Bumping to bottom corners of boards. Signed and inscribed in blue ink by McCafffrey to fellow author Marion Zimmer Bradley on the half title page: "To my good buddy, / Marion, / Sorry to miss you-- / hope you had a good con -- / Anne McCaffrey". Interior otherwise clean and unmarked. Binding firm. Jacket is now protected in a mylar cover. . Signed by Author. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Very Good. Illus. by Herder, Edwin.
