She has a wicked sense of humor, insatiable curiosity, and a desire to understand the world and the people in it. She combines the critical thinking skills of a scientist with her many years' experience as a student and teacher of nature-based spirituality, and offers a clear focus on what works to create real change for her clients. She her doctorate in physiology at Duke University, and has had a wide-ranging career in biomedical research, science policy, and health advocacy. She has studied and trained with Starhawk, T. Thorn Coyle, Reiki Master Diane Stein, and Brad Blanton. She is a Reiki master and a graduate of the Cella program of the Women's Thealogical Institute.
