Tan endpapers, ad laid in tissue guard to protect original signature of Lewis Baltz on title page. Designed by Thomas F. Barrow. One of the publications by Lewis Baltz, the visual artist and photographer and member of the New Topographics movement of the 1970s, a key moment in American landscape photography in the late 1970s. Graduating from the San Francisco Art Institute in 1969 his work focuses on "human landscapes" like offices, factories and parking lots.
